Hi, I’m Lindsey Case
I’m a passionate health coach, chef, and mama on a mission to make eating well feel easier, more joyful, and deeply nourishing.
Through our high-touch meal prep service at Mother Verde Wellness, we take the overwhelm out of food—bringing you delicious, balanced meals made with intention, care, and top-quality ingredients so you can feel supported, energized, and free to focus on what matters most.
We also offer cooking and nutrition education for both kids and adults—because everyone deserves to feel confident in the kitchen. Whether it’s your child learning how to chop veggies safely or you discovering how to balance meals that actually keep you full, we make it fun, empowering, and hands-on.
Hosting a gathering? We provide aligned event catering for up to 40 guests, with wellness-forward menus that are beautiful, seasonal, and full of flavor—perfect for retreats, celebrations, or community-centered events.
We proudly use local, organic, pasture-raised, and non-GMO ingredients wherever possible—and we're a seed-oil-free kitchen because your body deserves the best!

In collaboration with Julia Chan of JSC Fitness, we offer deeply personalized meal prep and wellness support for clients facing chronic health challenges or who simply need tailored nutrition for their personal health & wellness goals.
She brings the nurturing care and strategic coaching framework, while I create the nourishing, chef-crafted meals that support your healing.
We’re both holistic health coaches who believe food should feel good, taste good, and work with your body—not against it.
